The stunning three-bedroom villa Cempaka takes its name from a beautiful yellow and white frangipani flowers that are, conjuring up images of the paradise of blue seas and skies that are so evocative of the tropics.
Location
This Bali villa is located inside Puri Tirta Villas, a complex of four private and modern tropical villas for holiday rentals located on the water front on the shore of a peaceful ocean lagoon. It is only a ten minute walk to the main street of Tanjung Benoa just to the North of the popular tourist area Nusa Dua. There are many restaurants, shops, SPAs and five star hotels in this area. You will easily move around Nusa Dua thanks to your personal chauffeured seven-seater family mini-van, included in the rental.
Description
When entering into Bali Villa Cempaka's tropical garden, one immediately sees the possibilities of the good times ahead, for the villa is super-comfortable, contemporary in design and outfitted with all the necessities for a splendid Bali holiday in the sun.
A 8 x 5m pool dominates the garden and is accessed by stone steps where children can paddle withy ease. A bale bengong relaxation pavilion sits in the corner of the garden and hovers above the water and provides the perfect platform for some acrobatic diving action. The villa is comprised of two pavilions, one two-storey, is accessed through full-length, bi-folding French doors, opening to the spacious living/ dining/ kitchen area where all of the good living takes place.
The master bedroom is positioned on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase. It is furnished with a beautiful antique king-size bed, and an antique kartini chair/wooden chaise longue. The hanging lamps hang above the bed and the room is equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a 40-inch satellite channel TV. The two guest rooms are situated on the other pavilion and can be accessed via glass sliding doors, which open directly to the pool.
These are cooled by a choice of air-conditioning or a ceiling fan under a flat roof ceiling. There is a 32-inch satellite channel TV in one of them. Both have en-suite bathroom with marble floor, twin washbasins, fitted wardrobes, and an outdoor courtyard fitted with a semi-open-air shower.
